Juan Carlos Esparza, founder of Urbanscapes Landscape Services grew up with an entrepreneurial drive to one day run a business of his own. Since the age of 6 his father would take him on weekend side jobs and be put to grueling hard work. Mowing, weeding, using heavy hand tools. He grew up to develop a great passion for landscaping and most importantly seeing cheerful emotions on clients faces when they would see the final works. He went to school at UC Riverside and earned a bachelors degree in business management.

Today Juan Carlos takes great pride in running a successful business which exemplifies his core values for customer valve and employee growth within the enterprise.
