Rafael is a faith-based EOS Implementer, system designer, and investor who helps entrepreneurs get what they want from their business. An entrepreneur since childhood, Rafael built multiple businesses during his 20s. In his 30s, he shifted from building companies to designing the systems behind them, helping entrepreneurs create structure, governance, and sustainability. After implementing EOS in his own business and observing measurable growth and impact in clients and team capacity, Rafael committed to coaching other CEOs to align their vision, gain traction, and work as a healthy team by implementing EOS in their organization.
