PEA meets weekly on Thursdays via Zoom and in person on the 2nd Thursday of the month

Tips for a great Zoom Meeting
- Log in a few minutes early to check your camera and audio.
- Keep your camera on whenever possible so we can stay connected and engaged.
- Mute yourself when you’re not speaking to minimize background noise.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and what is visible on camera.
- If your connection becomes unstable, turn off your video while continuing to listen and participate.
- If joining by phone while also viewing from your computer, mute your computer microphone and speakers to prevent feedback.
- During presentations, remember that other participants may still be able to see you on camera.
What to Expect
A regular PEA meeting normally included:
- Member check-ins, success stories, news and needs
- Member leads and networking
- Association announcements and updates
- A Member Spotlight or Classification Talk
- Special presentations, activities, or discussions
- Closing remarks
Meetings generally conclude around 8:30 AM.
